Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Fernwood Basin Arts Center is an arts centre in Chicago with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
