Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Community Partners Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
