Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Westbrook Ember Staffing Group is a Milwaukee staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
