Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Fernwood Basin Arts Center is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about school partnerships for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
