Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Harborlight Haven Staffing is a Providence staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
