Greenridge Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
