Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Banking Services and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about loan files for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
