Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners runs community programmes across Madison. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about grant reporting for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
