Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cross Hospitality Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. You would join a large organisation of about 619 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
