Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Summit Beacon Staffing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
