Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
