Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Northwind Nest Staffing is a Louisville staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
