Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Rivermark Quill Legal Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
