Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Fernwood West Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Spokane focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
