Nova Granite Staffing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
