Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Portland, OR)

Summit Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Portland, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
