Lumen Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Write clear copy about housekeeping schedules for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
