Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Orchard Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Miami, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
