Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Staffing and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Miami. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
