Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Staffing and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about temp assignments for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
