Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Quill Legal Group is a Madison practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about intake forms for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
