Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Knoxville. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
