Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Knoxville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about promotions for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
