Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Summit Community Partners and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about client intake for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
