Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Sparrow Legal Group is a Indianapolis practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
