Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Clear Arts Center is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Write clear copy about exhibitions for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
