Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bright Markets and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about shrink and waste for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
