Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Umber Legal Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Write clear copy about intake forms for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
