Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Quill Banking Services is a regional lender in El Paso with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
