Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Community Partners is a El Paso charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
