Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Write clear copy about housekeeping schedules for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
