What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
