Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Dallas, TX)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
