Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in Charlotte with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
