Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about reviews and feedback for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
