Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Clear Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tulsa presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about exhibitions for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
