Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tulsa area, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 245 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
