Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tucson with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about food costs for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
