Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge Basin Legal Group is a Toledo practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
