Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in St. Louis serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about document review for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
