Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Jose area. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about food costs for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
