Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Vista Press produces print and digital publications in San Jose, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 584 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about paper stock for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
