Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Nest Markets Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about promotions for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
