Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Ember Press Group is a printer and publisher in San Antonio serving local and national clients, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about proofing for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
