Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Vale Community Partners Group is a San Antonio charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
