Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Staffing Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 596 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
