Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Antonio, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
