Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Salt Lake City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
