Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Cross Legal Group is a Sacramento practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 966 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
