Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight River Staffing Group is a Rochester staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about client orders for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
